 កម្ពុជាបានប្រកាន់យករបៀបវារៈឆ្នាំ២០៣០ថ្មីសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។ ការលុបបំបាត់ភាពក្រីក្រគ្រប់ទម្រង់ និងគ្រប់ទំហំ គឺជាចំណុចស្នូលនៃរបៀបវារៈឆ្នាំ 2030 ថ្មីដែលត្រូវបានអនុម័តក្នុងខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ 2015 ដោយមេដឹកនាំពិភពលោកចំនួន 193 នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក។ របៀបវារៈថ្មីដែលមាន ១៧ គោលដៅ និង ១៦៩ គោលដៅបានចូលជាធរមាននៅថ្ងៃទី ១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៦។ អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅកម្ពុជានៅតែបន្តគាំទ្ររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងការបកប្រែការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តចំពោះគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពទៅជាការអនុវត្តក្នុងស្រុក ខណៈដែលប្រទេសនេះត្រូវបានគេរំពឹងថានឹងធ្វើមូលដ្ឋានីយកម្ម ១៧ ។ គោលដៅ ជាមួយនឹងការបន្ថែមសកម្មភាពមីន ក្នុងបរិបទនៃចក្ខុវិស័យជាតិ យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងផែនការសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។ ដល់ទីបញ្ចប់នេះ សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍ស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពឆ្នាំ 2030 គិតគូរអំពីដំណើរការរួមបញ្ចូលជាមួយនឹងការពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ រួមទាំងសហគមន៍ និងក្រុមសង្គមស៊ីវិល ព្រមទាំងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិស័យឯកជនផងដែរ។
