What are the point of view:
- Need to send more workers abroad? Why? Destination still need workers? How many? For how long? How many? How to manage? How to collaborate and share responsibilities, benefits, burden … between origin and destination countries?
- How to arrange the process of sending, receiving and reintegration? Could set up the term of migration, such as 2-4 years has to be back to take care home two years, then can apply again. It will avoid the negative impacts that the returned is only eldership, sickness, handicap, drug addicted, which is new burden on the origin country government in solving poverty issues.
- How to protect and assist migrants while they face problems? How to form migrant’s association or group to ease contact and disseminate information.
- How to elevate migrant’s rights to stay, to work, to earn, to care their children or subordinate family? To send money home?
- Need to solve the issues of 3 groups at the same time:

- Work system is needed
“Brokers bring us to employment rather than official channels”.
